Your data
Delete my data
This page explains how to delete the information associated with our applications, as required by the Google Play user data policy.
Last updated: 6 August 2026
The important part: our applications require no account and store information on your own device. That means you control the deletion: there is no account on our servers to close.
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
This is the most precise way, because it lets you remove only what you want to remove:
- Open the app and go to the relevant list (for example, the history or the list of records).
- Use the delete icon on each item to remove it individually.
- If you want to start over, delete every item in the list or use the reset option where the app offers one.
Option 2 — Clear the data from Android
This removes everything the application has stored on the device in one go, without uninstalling it:
- Open Settings on your phone.
- Go to Apps and choose the app.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear data (or Clear storage) and confirm.
The exact name of each option may vary depending on the manufacturer and the Android version.
Option 3 — Uninstall the application
When you uninstall, Android removes the app's private storage along with it. Bear in mind that this action cannot be undone: if you want to keep your information, export it from the app first.
System backups
If you have Google backup enabled, the operating system may have backed up the app's data to your Google account. That backup is managed by Google, not ImagoStack, and you can manage it from Settings → Google → Backup.
Requesting deletion in writing
If you would still rather we handle a deletion request, or if we have exchanged emails and you want us to delete that exchange, write to support@imagostack.com from the address involved, stating:
- The name of the application.
- What information you want deleted.
We confirm receipt and resolve the request within a maximum of 30 calendar days. There is no charge for this.
What we keep and for how long
We keep no user databases for our applications. When you write to us, we keep the email exchange only for as long as it is useful to follow up on your enquiry, and then we delete it. If a legal, accounting or rights-defence obligation requires us to retain any data, we keep it only for the period that obligation imposes.
Details by application
Each app describes exactly what information it handles in its own policy:
